Independent direct marketing agency Go Direct! yesterday announced the acquisition of Blue Door Interactive in Singapore. The move reflects the increasing importance of digital to a growing and impressive client roster. Previously the agency outsourced it’s interactive service needs.
The acquisition was effective 1st February when Go Direct! took a 100% stake. John Millward, previously Managing Director at Blue Door will now become Head of Interactive for Go Direct!, directing and overseeing all web work across the agency’s 3 offices in Singapore, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur
Go Direct! Founder and Managing Partner, Paul Hourihane said “John is a great guy with knowledge and talent in this space. He and his team will bring great value to our clients immediately by better integration of strategy and programs. We did this for that reason. With our business and clients expanding very quickly the timing is particularly good.”
