We are currently looking for an outgoing, hard-working and friendly person to fill the role of Relationship Manager and will ideally have the talents listed below:
- A suitable degree-level qualification in Marketing, Mass Communications or similar
- At least 4 years experience in ATL and/or direct Marketing
- The ability to strategise, develop and execute through-the-line campaigns incorporating Above-the-line, Direct & Digital elements
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of and experience in CRM programmes and systems
- The ability to closely and effectively manage vendors, creative teams, budgets and production timelines
- Be able to effectively evaluate creative work and contribute to the development of the idea from concept through to final execution across all relevant media
- Extensive knowledge of how to use MS Word, Powerpoint, Project & Excel – and any knowledge of Illustrator or Freehand would be advantageous
- Experience of Email marketing, web design, search engine marketing and grasp the principles of search engine optimisation
- A proven track record in developing the strategy, brief and execution of successful campaigns across various media
- Previous experience in Technology, Travel and New Business Development would be advantageous
